The Bahamas Deepens European Market Engagement at WTM London 2026 to Drive Tourism Growth and Economic Opportunity
The Bahamas is using WTM London 2026 to expand airline and travel trade partnerships in Europe, meeting British Airways, American Airlines, Copa Airlines, Expedia, TUI and DERTOUR. European stopover arrivals rose 4 per cent from January to July 2026 versus the same period in 2025.
Why it matters:Europe is a diversification market beyond the US, and stronger airline and distribution ties could support arrivals and revenue for Bahamian hotels, tour operators and related businesses. (Positive development)
